Tariff
From R215 to R345 per person / sharing / per night / excluding breakfast.
Rates are subject to change without notice. For
daily rates and availability please check our online
reservation database.
Surcharge
R135 - R175 for a third person (Room 1) excluding breakfast and
R135 - R175 surcharge for each, a third person and fourth person (Room 4) excluding
breakfast.
Breakfast
Breakfast on request at R 55 per person. Breakfast is served from 08h00 to
09h00 by prior arrangement. NO breakfast is served during the yearly Plett Student Festival.
Minimum stay
A 2 day minimum stay applies throughout the year for all online bookings.
Please note that a longer period of stay might be required during school holidays,
public holidays and long weekends.

Availability and Reservations
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit
is taken by 113 Robberg when the online reservation has been confirmed. Please
provide us with credit card details. Balance due on arrival. Optional extras
payable on departure. We accept Mastercard and Visa / no cheques.

Standard Cancellation Policy (not applicable
for December/January holiday season)
If cancelled up to 45 days prior to the arrival
date, 15% of the total booking amount is payable as handling fee and
the balance will be refunded.
If cancelled between 44 and 21 days prior to
the arrival date, 50% of the total booking is payable and the balance
will be refunded.
If cancelled 20 days or less prior to the arrival date,
on arrival, during your stay or no show, the total booking amount is payable.
It
is advisable to take out Travel Insurance that includes cover against
our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy for December/January holiday season
To secure a reservation for the December / January holiday season a deposit of 50% of the booking amount has to be paid with the reservation.
The balance of the booking has to be paid 30 days before arrival. If this balance is not paid in due time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund.
The deposit as well as the balance are non-refundable for whatever reason.
It is advisable to take out Travel Insurance that includes cover against our cancellation policy.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival Day: from 16h00 to 18h00
Departure Day: by 10h00
Other times by prior arrangement. Smoking
This is a non-smoking establishment, no smoking
in rooms, smoking outdoors only.
Children
As we have an unfenced pool on
our property only children 6 years and older are permitted.
Pets
We love animals, however we have our own dog on the premises
and therefore are unable to cater for guests' pets.
Visitors
No non-paying visitors on premises. Right of
admission reserved.
Terms and Conditions / Liability Waiver
The management shall not be liable for, and the Guest waives/abandons
any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft,
injury, loss or damage against the management, whether arising from the
management's default, negligence or otherwise.
Any damages or loss caused by guests
will be charged for and if necessary recovered by withholding luggage until
full compensation has been made.
The guest is responsible for the condition of the
room and its entire contents during the accommodation period, fair wear
and tear excepted. Excessive cleaning on check out to be paid by the guest.
Towels are replaced every second day and bedding every fifth day. Towels
/ bedding are not to be used outside the room. Pool towels provided on
request.
Management reserves the right to evict any persons
or groups who break the above rules without refund or compensation.
