Availability and Reservations
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The management shall not be liable for, and the Guest waives/abandons
any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft,
injury, loss or damage against the management, whether arising form the
management's default, negligence or otherwise.
Any damages or loss caused by guests will be charged
for and if necessary recovered by withholding luggage until full compensation
has been made.
The Guest is responsible for the condition of the
room and its entire contents during the accommodation period, fair wear
and tear excepted. Excessive cleaning on check out to be paid by the guest.
Towels are replaced every second day and bedding every fourth day. Towels
/ bedding are not to be used outside the room. Pool towels provided on
request.
Management reserves the right to evict any persons
or groups who break the above rules without refund or compensation.

PAYMENT POLICY
A 50% deposit is taken by 113 Robberg when the online reservation
has been confirmed. Please provide us with credit card details. Balance
due on arrival. Optional extras payable on departure. We accept Mastercard
and Visa / no cheques.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival
date: 25% forfeit.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit. No monies
will be refunded after check in if a booking or part thereof is cancelled.

Other times by prior arrangement .
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served from 07h30 to 09h00
by prior arrangement only.
SMOKING
This is a non-smoking establishment,
no smoking in rooms, smoking outdoors only.
CHILDREN
Children 6 years and older welcome.
PETS
Pets are not allowed unless by prior arrangement.
VISITORS
No non-paying visitors on premises. Right of admission reserved.
